Ordering & Custom Design
Do I need an appointment before placing an order?
While you’re welcome to order directly through our online store, we also offer a personalised experience for clients who would like guidance before purchasing. We work closely with both local and international clients via email, phone, virtual consultations, and in-person studio appointments.
How long will my order take?
As all of our pieces are made to order, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production. If you have a specific date in mind, feel free to get in touch; we’ll always do our best to accommodate.
Can I customise a piece or create something bespoke?
Yes, we offer a bespoke service for engagement rings, wedding bands, and special pieces. Whether you’re after a custom design, a specific stone, or want to reimagine a family heirloom, we’d love to bring your vision to life.

Do you offer engraving?
Yes, many of our pieces can be engraved with names, initials, dates or messages. Please contact us with any questions.
Ring Sizing & Resizing
I don’t know my ring size. What should I do?
You can order a complimentary ring sizing tool here, or visit our Ring Size Guide to find the perfect fit from home. If you're based in Melbourne, you can also book an in-person appointment for sizing.
Can you resize my ring?
If your ring doesn’t fit quite right, there’s no need to worry. We offer a complimentary resizing within a specific size range with all engagement ring orders.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free express shipping Australia-wide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Is my order insured during shipping?
All orders are shipped via express, trackable services and are fully insured during transit for your peace of mind.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my piece?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to reach out before placing your order if you have any questions, we’re here to help.
What if there’s an issue with my jewellery?
If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and will always work with you to resolve any issues.
Do you ship internationally?
We deliver worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. We do not cover any additional taxes or import duties applied by customs at the destination country. Read more here.

We also offer bank transfer, please contact us if you’d prefer this option.
