We start with a short 10-minute phone call to understand your ideas, preferences, and where you’re at in the process. You’ll then be invited to book a full 45-minute design consultation (in person or virtual) where we’ll explore stones, styles, custom touches, and budget.

Personalisation can be as simple or as detailed as you like, engraving, birthstones, hidden halos, shoulder stones, or band profiles. The beauty is in the details.

We begin sourcing stones and create a CAD (computer-aided design) based on your direction. You’ll receive HD diamond videos and curated guidance tailored to you.

Once you’ve approved the final design, we begin crafting your piece in our Melbourne studio with the help of master jewellers and stone-setters. Most bespoke pieces are ready within 4–8 weeks.

Your piece will be beautifully packaged and ready to be collected or delivered, crafted to mark your moment and made to be worn for a lifetime.
