You might have a specific design in mind, a collection of screenshots, an old piece of jewellery you’d like to redesign, or simply a budget and a rough idea. All of that is helpful.

There’s no need to have everything worked out before getting in touch.

We’ll start with a quick 10-minute phone call so we can hear a little more about what you have in mind and where you’re at.

From there, we’ll book a 45-minute consultation, either in person at our Mornington studio or virtually.

We’ll talk through the design, stones, metal, proportions, personal details and budget.

Once we have a direction, we will start sourcing your stones and developing the design.

You’ll receive high-definition diamond videos.

Your design will then be brought into CAD format, giving you a clear view of how the finished piece will look before we begin making it.

Once you’ve approved the final design and selected your stones, your piece goes into production.

Our pieces are made to order in Melbourne with our team of master jewellers and stone-setters. Most bespoke pieces take around 4–12 weeks, depending on the design and stone sourcing.

Once your piece is finished, we will be in touch to arrange collection from the Mornington studio or insured delivery to you.
